Burning Fat Calories during exercise
During aerobic exercise, your body does not start burning belly fat immediately. When you exercise, your body starts by burning carbohydrates for approximately the first 10 minutes of your exercise regime. If you maintain a high heart rate after those 10 minutes, your body will start to use its stored fat as energy. If you reduce your heart rate during the exercise, your body will reduce the rate at which it uses fat for energy.
