There are a wide variety of exercises that you can participate in while in a pool. You can participate in an organized aquacise program that will provide a great cardio workout. You can also get a great workout by participating in a swim dancing program or stick to traditional lap swimming if that is what you find enjoyable. The great part about a swimming exercise is that it doesn’t really matter what it is. As long as you are moving in the water, you are getting a good workout.
