Begin with an exercise that isn’t so taxing and exercise for only ten minutes at a time, increasing the intensity and length of time exercising as each exercise routine becomes easier to do.
Learn to check your pulse
Your pulse should be elevated to a moderate degree when exercising. Your maximum recommended heartrate is 220 less your age. You don’t need to exercise up to the level of your maximal heart rate but you can get up to 60-70 percent of that rate in order to get the maximal benefit out of your exercise program.
