Drink as you exercise
You should have a water bottle handy whenever you exercise so that you can drink water or something like Gatorade when you exercise. Gatorade or PowerAde can be better than water because they replace electrolytes lost when you sweat, but choose the no sugar options. Either way, you want to remain hydrated while exercising so you can exercise to your maximum power.
Let exercise be fun
Exercise should be enjoyable as well as helpful. If you find yourself not enjoying what you’re doing, change what kind of exercise you do to something that will break up the monotony of what you had been doing. No exercise is fun all the time so the more choices you have in exercises, the more fun you will have doing them. Variety is also good from a fitness standpoint as it challenges the body on a regular basis.
